Evolution Markets is a U.S. registered brokerage firm providing brokerage services in the energy and environmental commodities markets. Evolution Markets currently holds an investment advisory license from the FCA in the U.K. (Regulation No. 224510) and a general financial license from the NFA in the U.S., but both of these licenses are over-the-top. Evolution Markets' services cover the three main segments of brokerage, structuring and advisory, and data/analysis.

Evolution Markets' service markets cover three segments: environmental markets, energy markets, and financial markets. Environmental markets include carbon markets, renewable energy markets, and emissions markets. Energy markets include natural gas, nuclear, oil, and power markets.

Brokerage of Evolution

Evolution Markets is a broker in the environmental and energy markets, assisting participants in hedging price risk and reducing volatility risk by trading in the over-the-counter market or directly on commodity exchanges. Broker-assisted futures trades executed over-the-counter (OTC) for exchange clearing must exceed the minimum trading volume, minimum threshold of the relevant exchange. Evolution Markets also has direct access to commodity exchanges to execute trades on behalf of clients.

Structured & Advisory

Evolution Markets claims to have extensive experience in long-term off-take transactions and execution of sourcing strategies, including carbon offsets, renewable energy, and other environmental and energy products. Evolution Markets also offers advisory services to help companies set risk management targets.

Data/Analysis

Evolution Markets provides environmental commodity market data, as well as energy commodity market data and public data policies to inform investor decisions.
