My time with MasterTrade was not great. They made me cough up $1000 just to open the most basic account, and the spreads were insane. I mean, come on - I'm not made of money! And don't even get me started on the lack of a dedicated advisor. It felt like they just didn't care about me at all. And to make things worse, their trading platform kept dropping connections left and right, which made me want to tear my hair out. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend MasterTrade to anyone.
