Raynar intentionally resort to extort 20% in exchange to release its clients money when withdrawing from their accounts. How could the international trade can allow such scam be among traders…please help.

It's totally SCAM. Stay away from this broker, If you are convinced by someone you don't know to invest in gold market, They can't be trust. All profit is fake and program is set up. Don't believe anyone who want you to top up money in the wallet, That's how they get money from you and you will never get your money back. They will use an stupid excuse but they are trying to extort you to give them more If you do they won't give you money back. Please don't be thier victims like me.
