The core business of Ronin Europe Ltd. is brokerage and portfolio management. It is licensed by CySec and provides services to investors who are non-residents of the Russian Federation, including large private and institutional clients. The European broker Ronin Europe arranges the clients access to the trade in various types of securities on stock exchanges worldwide, OTC and derivative markets.

Ronin Trust

The core business of Ronin Trust OJSC is asset management. It is licensed by FSFM and specializes in trust management of assets of institutional investors, including private pension funds, insurance companies, legal entities, as well as wealthy private clients. Except for that, the company manages unit share and real estate investment funds.

Ronin Russia

The core business of Ronin LLC is brokerage and portfolio management, corporate finance, private equity. It is licensed by FSFM and operates in all sections of the Moscow Stock Exchange and in OTC market, providing clients with direct access to trading of bonds, stocks, currencies, options, futures, repo transactions. The private equity objects are mainly mid-sized companies from various industries.

Ronin gives to the clients securities trading possibility through the Internet by means of information-trading system TRANSAQ.
