VNDIRECTs official name is VNDIRECT Securities Corporation and was founded in 2006. Its code is VND and it is traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE). VNDIRECT has 5 branches and transaction offices in Vietnam. The license number is 22/UBCK – GPHDKD dated 16 November 2006 issued by the State Securities Commission (SSC).

Accounts
VNDIRECT provides four types of stock trading accounts based on customer status: domestic individual investors, foreign individual investors, domestic institutional investors and foreign institutional investors. Opening an account is free.

Deposit & Withdrawal
The domestic investor who opens an account at VNDIRECT can choose within the following methods: directly deposit/withdraw cash at VNDIRECT‘s branches and transaction offices; transfer money to/from VNDIRECT’s securities trading account at the bank counter; online Money Transfer to/from VNDIRECT‘s securities trading account. For foreign investor, the client cannot directly transfer money to VNDIRECT’s securities trading account. According to State Securities Commission's regulations, transfer of investment funds from overseas to Vietnam or vice versa must be done via your IICA (Indirect Investment Capital Account).
